Liang Zhang,  Master’s in General Management 2006

After graduating from the Foreign Language Institute in Xi’an and working for 3 years in international business in China, Liang Zhang joined the IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management in the second year of the Master’s programme. He now works for the Genoyer group – industrial & commercial operator for major international oil, gas and water projects - in Vitrolles, France.

« Studying at IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management allowed me to boost my career in international business and logistics. As a part of the Aix-Marseilles University, IAE Aix offers both the advantages of the French public university system and those of a private business school with a research laboratory, top-quality faculty, international seminars, professional conferences and personalised coaching such as the Career Services Centre which helped me find my current position. The programmes at IAE Aix are internationally recognized by the EQUIS et AMBA accreditations.
The teaching methods at IAE Aix are based on work groups which encourage exchange and contribute to an open mindedness, develop team work and allow to better compare approaches and cultures. The international environment is really an advantage because it allowed me not only to perfect my French as well as my English (classes are bilingual), but also work efficiently in both european and chinese companies. The alumni network at IAE Aix allows us to benefit from interesting contacts throughout the world..
Aix-en-Provence is a beautiful city full of students, and the South of France continues to attract people from all over the world!”
