The IAE Aix Campus

The IAE Aix buildings are located in a shaded park with leisure areas and many parking spaces. Vehicle traffic on campus is secured through a system of controls included on the student ID card. The Reception area is open from Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Saturday from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM. The reception hall displays exhibits of contemporary artists which change periodically.

The pedagogical areas include a 140-seat amphitheatre and four small, air-conditioned 60-seat amphitheatres. The classrooms, with 20 to 40 seats, are all equipped with paper boards, white boards and overhead projectors. A video system (video camera, television and VCR) or computer video system (screen projector and portable system) can be installed for course needs.

Video conference equipment using Numéris can be used in the Main Amphitheatre and in the "Audio-amphitheatre" room (located in the building outside the main amphitheatre) for video conferences in small groups.

The cafeteria, run by CROUS, is open from Monday to Thursday, 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM and Friday from 8.00 AM to 2.30 PM. Balanced meals are served at reasonable prices, sandwiches and pizzas cost between €1.55 and  €2.50 depending on the formula selected. Mixed salads cost between €1.80 and €3.20 depending on the format. The hot plat-du-jour costs €3.20 in the set menu. The cafeteria also offers soft drinks, dairy products, cheeses, fruit, sweets, pastries and ice cream. 110 seats are available for meals, relaxation or coffee. Students can also take advantage of the 2 large terraces.
