The aim of the University Diploma in Relational Management is to provide executives who intend to have a career in Human Resources Management with in-depth tools to master communication, personal development and coaching.

The University Diploma in Management of Communication and Change concentrates on the missions of the executive who will lead and accompany change (internal or external: mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, change in profession, internationalization, technology changes…) in both its human and organizational aspects.
This programme is for executives or future executives with an undergraduate diploma (French 1er cycle), who want to make the most of their professional experience through a post-graduate (2ème cycle) diploma and to acquire or consolidate management skills. Its objective is to provide students with the basic tools and languages used in corporate management so that they can become multidisciplinary managers with an overall view of the various positions in a company.
After their Master’s or their MBA, IAE Aix-en-Provence graduates can go abroad through the IMD, to enhance their international profile. They will do a semester in a partner university, then an internship abroad.
