Professional Coaching
Individual sessions of professional counselling or coaching are available to participants to treat specific needs which cannot be sufficiently addressed during the different group sessions. These sessions are held with Elaine Blanc, Career Services Director and a former HR manager and are run throughout the curricular year.
Personal Coaching
As this MBA programme adresses not only organisational change, but also individual transformation, personal coaching sessions are provided to those participants who wish to develop their relational and communication skills, throughout the year. Participants first explore their communication styles in class, and fill in a questionnaire in the begining of the year. A one-to-one feedback session on the results allows to explore some of the issues for which the participant may wish to be coached. A set of three to five sessions is programmed through the year, with a clear understanding between the coach and the participants of the involvement needed to achieve the goals that have been defined.
