Objectives and Benefits of IMMIT
Information technology (IT), the foundation of business processes is an increasingly integral part of Products and Services. IMMIT is designed to adress this new Information & Management challenge.
The IMMIT programme prepares students to become “hybrid” managers who can act as intermediaries between business users and IT specialists in an international environment. IMMIT consists of integrative skills needed for effective use of IT to support international business operations and management.
Organisation and Structure of IMMIT
IMMIT is a 2 year Master programme organised between 3 university partners from renown European Institutions:
- IAE Aix Graduate School of Management, Paul Cezanne University (France)
- Turku School of Economics (Finland)
- Faculty of Economics, Tilburg University (Netherlands)
Courses take place successively in France, Finland, and Netherlands.
- The first year is dedicated to the FOUNDATION (Management and IT): Students begin at IAE Aix in France (Semester 1) to examine the Foundations of Business & IT in an International context, more...
- Then the cohort goes to Turku School of Economics in Finland (Semester 2) to specialise in IT.
- The second year (Semester 3), at Tilburg, is dedicated to Information Technology integration issues.
- The second semester (Semester 4) is devoted to thesis work which includes an internship in an international operating company, anywhere in Europe.

Degrees Awarded
Upon completion of the IMMIT programme, students would have earned three degrees, one from each partner university:
- Tilburg University: MSc in Information Management
- IAE Aix Graduate School of Management, Université Paul Cezanne Aix-Marseille III: Master of Sciences in Management and Information Technology
- Turku School of Economics: Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration
The degrees are officially recognised by the countries concerned, and internationally thanks to the diverse international accreditations (Equis, AACSB...).

Applicant profiles
IMMIT requires
- Students with a Bachelor or equivalent undergraduate degree (180 ECTS) either in Management/Economics/Business Administration or in Computer Science/Information System
- Students with an engineering degree

Before your arrival, the International Student Office will assist you in all the administrative procedures for the visas and accommodation.
During your time at IAE Aix, in addition to the regular IMMIT courses, you will have access to all the facilities available in the Institute, as well as Courses of French as a Foreign Language if needed, and all the international events.
